These terms are an agreement between you and Cmon Labs Inc. ("we", "us") for the Super Shortcuts macOS app and the website. By downloading, installing, or using Super Shortcuts, you agree to them.

The app and your license

Super Shortcuts is a macOS application. It's free to use with up to 20workflows and recipes. Buying Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited workflows, voice control, the Element Inspector, and the full template library. Every install also includes a 14-day Pro trial.

When you buy Pro, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own purposes. You may activate that license on a limited number of Macs that you own or control (the app and our licensing service enforce the current device limit). You may not resell, sublicense, or share your license key, or attempt to circumvent the license checks or device limit.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payment, and tax, and your purchase is also subject to their terms. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases; a launch or promotional price does not guarantee that price later. Updates to the version of the app you bought are included at no extra charge.

Acceptable use

Super Shortcuts automates your Mac using the macOS permissions you grant it. You're responsible for the workflows you create and run, and for using the app lawfully - including not using it to access systems you're not authorized to use, to violate someone else's rights, or in any way that breaks applicable law. Because workflows can send keystrokes and drive other apps, you should review what a workflow does before running it.

Intellectual property

The app, the website, and our templates, names, and logos belong to us and are protected by law. These terms don't transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the license to use the app described above. The workflows and content you create are yours.

Warranty disclaimer

Super Shortcuts is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every app or macOS version.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Super Shortcuts. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Termination

You can stop using Super Shortcuts at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your license if you materially breach these terms (for example, by sharing or tampering with a license key). A refund issued under our Refund Policy ends your license to the Pro features.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update this page and its "last updated" date, and for material changes we'll give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in California, unless your local law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
